These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of clickyvicky.io (the "Site") and any other related products and services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Juicy Lucy AI, UAB (referred to as "Company," "we," "us," "our"), with company registration number 307637084, and registered office at Tiltu St. 19, LT-91249 Klaipėda, Lithuania. By accessing and using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Services.

We work to provide reliable Services, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation due to factors beyond our control. By using our Services, you acknowledge and assume the associated risks of accessing and downloading information from them.

- Be responsible for all activities on your account.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to remove or change inappropriate usernames.

You may only use the Services for their intended purpose and not for any commercial endeavors, unless explicitly endorsed or approved by us. Prohibited activities include:

- Fraud or misrepresentation.

You agree that we are not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by your inability to access or use the Services during downtime or discontinuance.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are an EU consumer, you also have the protection of mandatory laws in your country of residence. Both Clicky Vicky and yourself agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lithuania or your EU country of residence to defend your consumer protection rights related to these Terms.
Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform accessible to address any concerns. Please contact us if you wish to bring a matter to our attention.
Corrections
The Services may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in descriptions, pricing, availability, and other information. We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and update the information on the Services without prior notice.
Disclaimer
The Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Your use of the Services is at your own risk. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy or completeness of the Services' content or linked websites. We assume no liability for errors, personal injury, unauthorized access, interruptions, bugs, viruses, or any content posted by third parties.
We are not responsible for third-party products or services advertised or offered through the Services. Use your judgment and exercise caution when using the Services.
Limitations of Liability
We, our directors, employees, or agents are not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our liability to you, regardless of the cause or form of the action, is limited to the amount paid by you to us during the preceding six-month period. Certain laws may grant you additional rights, and limitations on warranties or damages may not apply to you.
User Data
While we maintain data transmitted to the Services for performance management, you are responsible for all data transmitted or related to your use of the Services. We are not liable for any loss or corruption of data, and you waive any right of action against us regarding such loss or corruption.
Electronic Communications, Transactions, and Signatures
Visiting the Services, sending emails, and completing online forms constitute electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and agree that they satisfy any legal requirement for written communication. You agree to the use of electronic signatures, contracts, orders, and other records, and to the electronic delivery of notices, policies, and transaction records.
Subscription and Payment
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your Clicky Vicky subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; you will keep access until the end of your current billing period.
Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used membership periods.
If you cancel your periodic subscription to a paid Clicky Vicky service, you will continue to have access to the service through the end of your current billing period.
If you made purchases through the Apple or Google app stores, payments and refunds are handled by Apple or Google respectively, and Clicky Vicky cannot issue refunds for those purchases. To request a refund, please contact the relevant application store directly.
In some countries there are specific time periods to cancel online purchases after purchasing them provided by law (such as for European Union residents). In those countries, consumers may have the right to cancel within a specific number of days after purchasing products or services online as provided by law.
Where you purchase from Clicky Vicky directly: please note and acknowledge that if you are a resident in the European Union or your local law regulates a right to cancel, and you download or use Clicky Vicky directly, you agree to waive your cancellation and refund right once the download or service provision begins.
Performance-Based Refund Exception / Money-back guarantee
Notwithstanding the above, Clicky Vicky offers a conditional refund under the following circumstances:
- You have used the app daily for at least seven (7) consecutive days;
- You have published at least five (5) social media posts provided by Clicky Vicky during that period, no more than one (1) per day;
- Your performance, as measured by impression count, has decreased compared to a comparable period prior to using Clicky Vicky; and
- You submit verifiable evidence of the above to Clicky Vicky customer support.
If all conditions are met and verified, Clicky Vicky will issue a full refund, no questions asked.
Miscellaneous
These Terms, along with any posted policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and us. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be removed and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
